I am pleased to announce National Carriers is currently expanding our refrigerated trailer inventory with 2014 Utility trailers. 140 units have been ordered and NCI has begun taking delivery at the Irving, TX yard. Each 53’ trailer comes equipped with a ThermoKing SB-230 refrigeration unit and an EPA SmartWay verified Smart Truck UnderTray System. Remaining a leader in meeting customer and driver needs, NCI continues to increase the available number of quality equipment in our nationwide trailer pool.
In the recent past NCI has emphasized purchasing trucks and trailer equipped with aerodynamic qualities to reduce operating cost and NCI carbon footprint. This investment features the SmartTruck’s Aerodynamic Undertray System that will help our firm accomplish both of these goals. In addition, our professional drivers will find visibility and working under the trailer much easier than the traditional aerodynamic side skirts.
