Villalpando Joins Team as Operations Manager
Hello all,
I’m delighted to introduce myself to you and excited about joining the NCI team. I was born and raised in Houston, TX and have traveled the majority of the U.S. playing softball from elementary all the way through college. I graduated with honors with a Bachelor degree in Science with a minor in Math and Business from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN .
I have worked in Logistics for 8 years now as a driver manager, customer service, load planner and team leader, but have been around the industry much longer than that as my father is a truck driver himself. My dad started OTR when I was about 10 and he still drives but locally now in Houston hauling fuel to gas stations. I can empathize with the importance of making a living while you are out on the road as well as the importance of getting home on time to be with loved ones.
My door is always open and feedback from anyone is welcome to better improve our operations or give praise where needed. It’s in my nature to always strive to be the best, and I will do just that day in and day out to bring everything I have for our NCI team to be the best. Our mission is to be the safest and most successful motor carrier while offering 100% on-time service to our customers. I’m happy to join the NCI “Elite” Fleet team and look forward to working with everyone.
