IRVING, TX — National Carriers, Inc. (NCI) has executed an Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire the assets of Kindsvater Trucking, located in Dodge City, Kansas. The acquisition represents a strategic expansion of NCI’s operational footprint.
The Dodge City location, positioned adjacent to National Beef’s facility, strengthens alignment with a key customer while enhancing overall network efficiency and service capabilities.
“This acquisition is a strategic step forward for National Carriers,” said Steve Hart, President of NCI. “The Dodge City location strengthens our operational capabilities and positions us for continued growth.”
The transaction is expected to close in the near future. There will be no immediate changes to day-to-day operations as the company focuses on a disciplined transition.
