We are pleased to announce a Seniority pay increase for all Company drivers effective with dispatches on June 1 2013.
The increases are at 6 months tenure- $0.01 per mile. At two years of continuous service- $.01 per mile. At 5 years of continuous service- $.01 per mile.
So for a current driver with 6 months to 2 years of service the increase will be $.01 per mile. For a driver with 2+ years to 5 years they will receive an immediate $0.02 per mile increase.
For a current driver with 5+ years of continuous service with NCI will immediately receive a $.03 per mile increase.
We feel it is critical that we show our deep appreciation for the loyalty these long time drivers have for the “Elite Fleet”.
