2015 has started well for National Carriers. 2014 was a year of change and challenges. As a company we have positioned ourselves for a successful year. It is important that we keep a high level of focus and that we work together to keep this momentum going. We maintain this momentum by looking for the best solution to issues as they occur. We also need to be sure we communicate clearly with all parties involved. In simplest terms, our actions need to be quick, creative, and clear.
The sales team at National employs those simple terms to help secure the best possible loads for our fleet. Our world, the sales cycle, moves much slower than the rest of the departments at National. We have to look for long term solutions that enhance what our fleet does best. We are limited in some instances by our customers and the time they take to make their procurement decisions. Even so, when we find opportunities within our fleet, or with potential customers, we act quickly to establish a foothold for doing business. Pursuing and responding in a timely manner demonstrates that National Carriers is dedicated to best serving our customers

We interpret the information we gain and look for how it may best fit into our needs. Taking raw shipping data and looking to create dedicated shipping solutions are one of the main goals for our team. Creative solutions is how we build partnerships that grow in volume and in quality. This allows us to have customers we value and service correctly. Matching load volumes of different customers to create profitable runs for our fleet is another example of how we create solutions.
Being clear with our interests and intentions is vital to securing the best load volume for our trucks. We concentrate only on lanes that fit our current needs. Pricing is reviewed on an annual basis to ensure that we are obtaining market value for the services we provide. Contrasting weekly load volumes with our current commitments keeps our trucking capacity engaged. Sharing our needs and issues with our customers as honestly as possible helps us maintain our integrity and our high service levels.
