So, in order to reward your hard work, effective today, May 1st through December 31, 2013, NCI is doubling our driver referral pay out amounts. Refer any qualified company driver and receive $600. Refer a qualified Owner or Lease Operator and receive $1000. All referrals must successfully complete orientation and their first dispatch. Once that occurs, you receive the first half of your bonus and then once the referral has successfully completed 30 calendar days of active service, you receive the second half of your bonus.
All you need to do is simply furnish us the referral’s name and phone number – then we’ll do the rest. Or, if it’s more convenient, direct your referral to complete an application via our website, located at www.drivenci.com. Be sure to tell them to insert your name or truck number on the application for the question ‘How did you hear about us”? Once we receive he information, we’ll follow-up with you to let you know the status as the applicant moves through the hiring process. It’s that simple!
ENHANCEMENT: If a driver refers three people that are hired between Sept. 24 and December 15th, 2013 NCI will pay the referring driver an extra $500 Bonus!
