At National Carriers safety is our first concern. Our mission statement states in part that NCI is to be the safest motor carrier in our class. Not only do we want folks to be safe, we want everyone who travels to be protected. In this spirit NCI donated toddler car seats at a recent Cinco de Mayo celebration. Keeping kids safe and secure while being transported is a critical issue. According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention website restraint use among young children often depends upon the driver’s seat belt use. Almost 40% of children riding with unbelted drivers were themselves unrestrained. Child safety seats reduce the risk of death in passenger cars by 71% for infants, and by 54% for toddler’s ages 1 to 4 years. According to researchers at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, for children 4 to 7 years, booster seats reduce injury risk by 59% compared to seat belts alone.

We are pleased to provide assistance when and where we can to insure safe transportation. At NCI your cargo is precious to us.
