- 1 year: $25 Walmart Gift Card
- 5 years: Your Choice of Watch Valued Up To: $265.
- 10 years: Your choice of gifts from Amazon.com up to $1000.
- 15 years: Your choice of the following three options:
- Grandfather Clock Valued up to $2100
- Ring: Gold or Silver
- Gift Package from Amazon.com up to $1500
- 20 years and each year thereafter: $500 Check

Grandfather Program:
For those hired prior to January 1, 2012:
- $25 Walmart Gift Card on years 1-4, 6-9, 11-14, 16-19
- 5 years: Ring in Gold or Silver
